Return & Warranty
CANCEL | You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt.
RETURNS | You then have 14 days to return your order. NB! In the case of plants, it is unfortunately not possible to return them. You cannot make use of the right of withdrawal if the delivered product cannot be returned due to its nature or can quickly deteriorate or become obsolete. In the unlikely event that you encounter problems with the health of the plant, please contact us at info@greenupthecity.com to find a suitable solution. For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
RETURNS COSTS | Return shipments are at the expense of the consumer.
Return your package in the following way.
- Log in and select the item you want to return in your order. If you do not have an account, please register your return via info@greenupthecity.com.
- You will then receive your return information from us by e-mail.
- Put the items you want to return in their own packaging.
- Follow the steps in the return information you received from us. Print out the return label and stick it on the box.
- Drop off your return package at a PostNL point. There is always one near you. At the PostNL point you will receive a proof with your track & trace code.
- After we have received your return, we will refund your money within a week.
EXCEPTIONS | Plants are an exception and cannot be returned. Is something unclear or do you have a question? You can always contact us at info@greenupthecity.com. We're happy to help.
Do you want to arrange the return of your return yourself in a different way? That is possible, the costs and the risk are for your own account.

EXCHANGE | Do you want to exchange your item (except plants)? Which can. It is best to return the product to be exchanged and place a new order in our webshop.
WARRANTY |
Garden plants
With proper care, we give a 3-month plant guarantee. Of course, despite our and your efforts, a plant may not catch on and die. In that case, send an e-mail to info@greenupthecity.com with the order number, personal details and a photo of the plant. You will then receive a new (similar) garden plant from us.
Indoor plants
We give a 14-day plant guarantee on houseplants.
