How do you ensure that my plants arrive in good condition?
Plants need careful transport. That is why we carefully package the plants in specially designed packaging.

When will my plants be delivered?
The plants come fresh from the grower. If in stock at the grower, the plants will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

Can I exchange or return plants?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Because a plant is living material, you cannot exchange or return it with us.

Can I also pick up the ordered plants?

Yes, you can at our store in Alkmaar. At the check-out you can indicate whether you want your order delivered or picked up.

When will my package be delivered?
You can always find the latest information about your package via the track & trace code of the delivery service.

Can I choose the delivery time or place myself?
No, unfortunately that is not possible yet. We strive to have your package delivered within 2-3 working days after ordering. You can track your package via the track and trace code and see immediately when your package will be delivered.

Can you choose where you want to receive your package?
Yes, that's possible. You can see the possibilities in the track & trace environment.

Do you also deliver on national holidays?
During special offers and holidays, different delivery dates may apply.
