Dragon ivy | Botany & Care
Epipremnum pinnatum aureum is also called the dragon ivy. It is a versatile plant with its brightly colored leaves and can be used both as a hanging and climbing plant. Super fun in combination with the climbing plant support from Botanopia.
BOTANY | The dragon ivy originates from Southeast Asia and, like any ivy, climbs up trees. The leaf can grow up to 1 meter under ideal growing conditions. Fortunately, the plant stays a lot smaller indoors! This dragon ivy is very beautiful in combination with a hanging pot from Nkuku.
PLANT CARE | The Epipremnum is easy to care for. Keep the soil slightly moist and spray the leaves regularly. Give BIO plant food once a month during the growing season.
FLOWER POT | The kraft paper pot is waterproof for several weeks to months, depending on the water needs of the plant. The pot is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. As soon as moisture spots appear in the soil, the pot is no longer watertight and it is best to repot the plant. After repotting, the pot can be handed in with the old paper to be recycled.
