Swedish Ivy | Botany & Care

The Plectranthus verticillatus is also called 'money plant' or 'Swedish Ivy'. It is a unique plant that you will not easily come across, let alone organic ;-) When the stems become long enough, they will droop a bit, making the plant also very suitable as a hanging plant.

BOTANY | The Plectranthus verticillatus originates from the forests of South Africa.

SCENTED | When you rub the leaves you will smell a fresh lemony scent.

PLANT CARE | The Plectranthus is a 'semi' succulent plant and is very easy to care for. The ideal plant for the novice plant lover. An occasional splash of water is sufficient. Organic plant food is recommended during the growing season. When you take good care of Swedish Ivy you will be rewarded with small light purple flowers.

FLOWER POT | The kraft paper pot is waterproof for several weeks to months, depending on the water needs of the plant. The pot is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. As soon as moisture spots appear in the soil, the pot is no longer watertight and it is best to repot the plant. After repotting, the pot can be handed in with the old paper to be recycled.
